What coaching is about ? What does a coach do ? Is it different from management ?

As coaches, we do not perform the same job as managers. Our intervention is limited in time, and concerns more the human factor, the personal dimension of a project, than its commercial development. 

Our role is not to take control of your project, or to tell you what to do with it, but on the contrary to promote your autonomy : you remain and will remain the sole master of your musical identity and your vision.

The course of a coaching is simple : you come with your aspirations, your ideas, your difficulties and your questions. We work together for a defined number of sessions, between which challenges can be given. When the coaching ends, coaching goals are achieved, and you continue your journey with new keys to handle future situations.
